  Carlos Colima is an excellent contractor. He took care of everything that we need to complete our roofing replacement project from financing to the paperwork required. His guys did a great job!   Carlos Colima is very professional, nice, and friendly roofing contractor. He responded promptly to my phone call. Angel, Atanacia, and Ryan did a wonderful repairing job & replaced dry rot & new gutters on our home. Every commitment that Angel made, he and his crew executed 100% and more. They are very friendly, professional, super hard-working, and super easy to work with. They finished on time& cleaned up very well. Their price was great, competitive, and on budget. Angel is very nice professional with great personality. He is honest, generous, dedicated, kind & super easy to communicate with. He goes out of his way to perform an excellent job and more. He is awesome. I am very happy and impressed. I highly recommend Angel, his crew and his company to anyone that need a roof repair or a new roof.

  I am Very IMPRESSED with the whole staff from day one to the finish. I had 3 bids from reputable companies. Not only were they very competitive on their price but their service was awesome. The crew was respectable and cleaned up after each day. They did the job within 5 days due to the weather condition and the roof looks great! One thing I learned was to make sure you investigate the companies and what they offer. Grandmark Roofing bid included everything and there were no surprises. Great Company, I would use them again!
