  If I could leave zero stars, I would. We had the absolute worst experience with this company and I would never re-hire them or recommend them to anyone. We had our roof replacement and gutter installation booked a month out and were excited based on the previous reviews of this company. We contacted Sharon to inquire when they planned to come out and she gave us a date. The workers never showed up so we finally contacted her again to get a status update. Instead of calling me back she emailed my husband and told him that the job would be started either "today or tomorrow." Of course, it wasn't. So we call again and try to get clarity on what is going on. Every time I called I got told "today or tomorrow" it would be done. It turned out a week late they finally got the roof done, but didn't put on the gutters. I kept calling to figure out when they were coming back as it seems they forgot. The workers were later showing up than they had said, they took several hour-long breaks and didn't work throughout the day and only worked half the day the following day. They absolutely had time to put our gutters on. We gave them the benefit of the doubt countless times. Even after they left nails all over the place in our yard and our driveway, left beer bottles with beer still in them, energy drinks, and when they finally came to put the gutters on they played music extremely loudly which bothered not only us but our neighbors. The owner was not professional on the worksite and had an attitude when we communicated. Their communication is absolutely terrible. We were completely lenient when they were planning to come and were totally fine to push it when needed but don't tell me you're coming to fix my roof on a specific day if you're not going to show up AND not going to contact me to tell me you're not coming. The only communication we had was through me calling and emailing her all the time trying to get status updates when they weren't showing up every single day she said they were going to. Not only all that - but I expressed my dissatisfaction with the way we were being treated and they still continued to treat us that way. It's so baffling how they thought it was okay to treat us this way. To top it off  she had no problem getting the invoice to us the day after the job was finally completed. She also charged us for a previously quoted price even though we didn't get all the work done. We had to correct her and change the price so we were not overcharged. I never write bad reviews, but this was such a horrible experience that I feel like it needs to be written so other people know how they really treat their clients.
