Revision: After posting this review. I got more communication with the company that they wanted to make things right. I've finally decided to agree to disagree on what that is, but I appreciate the refund. I think this company is probably a great choice if you want a standard, open pole barn. I would not recommend them for a very detailed home build. I was offered an apology for some of the inappropriate things said to myself and my husband, and I appreciate that as well. I highly recommend recording all conversations you have there. It's hard to feel like their vague blueprints and contracts are not intentional to just ignore what you asked for in the design meeting and just build whatever they want. Furthermore, then to go as far as say that YOU, the customer, must not have remembered to request all those things YOU wanted in YOUR house while YOU were designing it. The whole nightmare of a project is just mindblowing. They will tell you one thing to your face, then send you an email a day later stating the opposite. Record your conversations. The actual work the building crew has done looks like good, quality work. I'm thankful for that, but the company itself has been dishonest from the first design meeting to when they actually started the project over 3 months late... and now nearly 2 months later, they're still not done and dragging their feet in order to not fix a HUGE error.

Great company, any buisness could take some pointers from Graber. I needed some metal roof sheets and they beat the prices off anwhere in Southern Indiana. The level of knowledge, kindness, and price, mixed with their location it is always worth my time to drive to get what I need .
