  It was extremely horrible the bill was over twice the original estimate then they closed for months and still with covid19 going on we were charged finance charges because no one was around so stay far away from this place

  Geri Pettersen, You knew that there would be an extra charge if we found rotted plywood, that would have to be replaced. YOU, also decided to add the upgraded fiberboard insulation to your rubber roof and a new gutter and downspout that was not part of the original quote. When you add or change things, they are not free. Better materials cost more and more time working on repairs or add on's cost more as well. YOU, also agreed to pay towards your bill monthly with a small interest rate until it was paid off. During the "Safer at Home" of COVID-19, we were here at the office every day but, not once did you bother to call to ask about anything or discuss your payments as other customers had reached out to us. We were not allowing anyone to come into our office at that time and you could have mailed your payment as you had done previously rather than attempt to claim that you couldn't pay it because no one was here. I'm sorry that you are so unhappy about this but, after 40 years in business, when someone doesn't pay towards their bill for 2 months and without so much as a phone call... you get a finance charge. Not to mention, we had been back to work 100% for another entire month before you paid your bill, complained, and posted this review. Have a good day.
