This company is very accommodating and knowledable of the roofing business. Jason worked with my insurance company to get the value of what the roof was worth and also came and met with the adjuster to make sure he saw the damage and got the new roof approved. I didn't have to do anything with my insurance company.  They were honest and upfront with us from the beginning to end of project. Will recommend this company to anyone. They know what they are doing. Thank you Jason !

BEWARE! I mistakenly hired them. Crap workmanship. For whatever reason he (Jason) wouldn't send the certificate of completion to my insurance company so that I could get discount on my insurance for a new roof. Never got an explanation. Complete jerk.  BEWARE!

HI Karen,  It seems that this complaint is of three different concerns:
1.  The complaint says we performed poor workmanship but does not address what that was.  Gopher has no record of a complaint from this Name.  Gopher has no record that this is a customer of Gopher Roofing and Remodeling Inc.  Any and all poor workmanship issues would be addressed immediately.  We take pride in our workmanship.

2.  Insurance companies only require that an insured  prove that they had the roof done and at what time, to get a discount on insurance.  We have no record of this customer so a completion certificate could not be issued.  The insured would be able to show that the roof was done on their own through a payment check stub or credit card statement.

3. We value all complaints and try to make sure each and every customer is happy.  We invite this person to call our office and we will always reach a resolution.   Maybe our records have this possible job listed under a different name.  It could also be possible that this job was done a number of years ago.  Please help us resolve this complaint
