  I was impressed with the thoroughness of his inspection. He's like a detective. For example, he saw a strange looking area on the brick wall and measured the moisture levels in the brick to determine if there was any moisture problems, and he climbed up in the attic and discovered evidence of a previous fire and gave us information about what repairs had been made. He is meticulous and took note of many details I never would have thought to look for. He was also very nice and took the time to explain everything to us and told us we could call him any time, even weeks later, if we had any questions about anything in the report.

  Danny did two inspections for us in one day. He was very thorough and took the job very seriously. He answered lots of our questions and helped make the home buying process easy. We were very pleased with how quickly he got the report back to us. We were in a bit of a time crunch and he did not disappoint. Highly recommend.
