  Drew replaced my mother’s leaking flat roof. He was an absolute professional! I NEVER leave reviews but, Drew was a cut above the rest and I really can’t do enough to sing his praises. I did a ton of research and had a lot of estimates, no one had his expertise. He is so knowledgeable and straight forward, exactly what I was looking for. He gave us a detailed estimate, was very responsive and his team was very professional in getting the job done. I couldn’t be happier and I would recommend his work to anyone! Thank you Drew!

  Drew and Dustin with Gold Standard Restoration did an excellent job. They did repair work on our ceiling that was a result of water damage. They were very knowledgeable and professional from beginning to end. They came out quickly and provided a fair quote on the project. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

  A few months ago we had high winds at my home and shortly after we realized we were missing some shingles. So after doing some research I went with this company, at first everything seemed great until it was time to get the job done. The job at my home was quoted for 1500$ and later realizing it only required one box of shingles. The day of the job I was told they would be over to my home around mid day but that didn’t happen. So after waiting hours one of the workers decides to show up at dark and begins working on my roof with a flash light and was obviously running behind due to the workload. At this point I didn’t even know if the job was done correctly and secondly I have a newborn which was woken up by all of this and my neighborhood of course complained because of the time of the day the job was being done. After calling and mentioning it to them they did try to fix it by knocking off 500$ but honestly the job was worth as much as the shingles. Maybe 100 dollars the way it was rushed and handled. I know things happen but at the same time being charged so much for so little is a joke Secondly I have called and left a voicemail and sent an additional email to resolve the payment. I mailed a check but they stated they never received it, tried to reach out again but nobody called me back. I never leaves reviews but I just had a bad experience with this company.

  I'm sorry that you had this experience. This was during a very busy time in the season after a large storm with numerous repairs needed across the area. I know there are not a lot of materials needed for your repair, but as with any type of business there is a charge for labor beyond the cost of materials. Being that things didn't go as planned, we gave a 30% discount on the job. As far as the check being mailed, we did not receive it, but understand that things get lost in the mail.
