  I ordered the metal for my house from them a few weeks ago. They did get it here quickly BUT they did not give me the correct size. When I called the man I spoke with basically told me I didn’t order the size I needed... why would I order a 12 foot sheet for a 17 ft length? Makes no sense then he said he wrote the order down as it was stated which is incorrect. There was no I’m sorry ma’am is there a way to fix this. Nothing... just attitude will not be ordering from them again. They take no responsibility for their mistakes.

  We are truly sorry for the miscommunication on either side. We have a protocol on how to take phone orders and to read the orders back to make sure we have the right information according to how it was given to us and arrange payment before order is produced. According to our records we followed protocol and delivered material which was also signed and accepted by your signature. Neither side set out to establilsh wrong information but it happens. If given the chance to resolve this issue before the phone call abruptly ended, we offer a sugguestion that both parties take responsiblity for the mistake and split the cost to remedy the mistake.
