  They were extremely nice and professional, and very quick to return my call. Definitely saved us a lot of headache down the road by getting here quickly for water cleanup. They were straightforward and honest about what needed done and cost estimate, as well, which I cannot say of all local companies. We would absolutely recommend them and would use them again if the need arose.

  It was the first time I'd filed a homeowner's claim and GilRay helped me navigate the ins and outs of everything. They have a knowledgeable and courteous staff that puts you first. The mitigation services were thoroughly done and communication throughout the process was excellent.

  Had a Water Heater Bust all in my house. I literally had no idea what to do with it being 2 in the morning. I first thought the rain had somehow leaked in my house. I call Jon over at Gilray and he was there within 45 minutes. Even though my insurance company was closed he went ahead and started the mitigation of removing the water from house. He then called my insurance company the following morning and dealt directly with them through the whole process. I literally had to do nothing! I highly recommend Gilray to anyone needing help with a flood in their home.
