We hired Gilpin Roofing because they were prompt in replying to our request for a quote. Their quote was the best.  They gave us copies of their licenses and insurance.  They showed us the quality of their product.  They scheduled within a week and completed a beautiful job within two days.  We were very pleased with Geoff and Jeff, with whom we worked.  The roofing crew was wonderful.  They did a great job.  Clean-up was excellent. We highly recommend Gilpin.

We have used Gilpin Roofing for years at our business.  We recently needed a roof repair and called them to request service.  They were quick to come out knowing our need to have it repaired right away due to a leak in the building.  We were quoted on the spot before they performed work and the repair was done with quality work at a fair price. After a storm had damaged the roofs at the business park, we contacted Gilpin Roofing for estimates on repairs. This was an insurance claim, and Steve Gilpin was able to give us the estimates and repair all the roofs on 14 buildings in the office park. They did an exceptional job, and did not interfere with any of the tenants daily business activities, the crews were very professional, and cleaned up every day after they finished the job. With all the buildings they had to do, it took them less time than we had anticipated. I would highly recommend Gilpin Roofing for any of your roofing needs, from the front office staff to the crews, they were all very professional.

We recently decided it was time to replace our 20+ year old roof and skylights. Met with and got estimates from four different companies. On the recommendation of a neighbor, we included Gilpin Roofing on our short list. Very glad we did. Gilpin was head and shoulders above the others in terms of professional approach and quality. He knew exactly what the problem was when we explained what was going on. Just had roofs replaced by Gilpin Roofing at two different homes. If other contractors did business like this company, major home projects wouldn’t be a dreaded stressful event.  The office communicated with me,  the crews were on time & worked until the jobs were finished, the workmanship was excellent  and they did a great job on clean up. I hired Gilpin Roofing to install a ridge vent and replace roof caps on my house.  They were always on time, very professional, and really listened to what I needed done and did what they said they would do.  They even came back quickly to fix a leak I noticed after the job was done.  Their repair guy, Jason, is one of the best contractors I've ever worked with and I've worked with at least 50 over the last 5 years at my house and rental property. Highly recommend this company!

We needed a roof replacement last summer and called about 4 different companies to get estimates. Although Gilpin was not the cheapest, they were not the most expensive either. From the moment we called to set up the estimate, we were impressed with how professional and straight forward they were. Steve, arrived for the estimate and gave us good information and also debunked information that other roofing companies gave us. A little research proved Steve true. The day of the install they arrived early, did an outstanding job and cleaned up well after themselves. We've been through more than a couple storms with wind gusts in the 50's &60'S since the install and the roof has held up without a problem and still looks like it was just installed. I'm not prone to writing reviews unless I find a company that goes above and beyond in service and product. Gilpin is one of those companies. Highly recommended.
