  Please do not use this company. We spent over $9000 with this company and they ordered the wrong size sliding glass door, didn't include the screen for that door and many of the windows have had issues already in less than a year. They didn't insulate between the window and the jamb and have the excuse that the manufacturer would not warranty them if they did insulate then properly. When approached about the issues, John, the owner hung up on me and sent me a text "Sound like you need to start a window business since your so amazing". I was floored and appalled. They are overpriced and the quality of their installation is lacking at best. Steer clear of these guys at all cost. Go to Florence or even Huntsville to avoid getting taken advantage of.

  I had the recent pleasure of having Gilbert’s Windows replace the windows in our home. They were professional, personable and meticulous to detail from start to finish. They worked non stop until the job was complete and patiently answered my questions and concerns. They not only did a great job, but also saved us some money by pointing out ,how we were quoted ( from a big box company) work that didn’t need to be done. I highly recommend Gilbert’s Windows for your window replacement needs.

  These boys are very inexperienced. They washed my inside windows then pressure washed the outside when I told them not to. When I showed them how to take apart the window to wash outside, they just up and left. They wanted a fast $200 without completing the job. Lazy apparently. Stay away from these two.
