Gifford installed our roof December 2017. Our first leak was Dec 2019, my husband called three times before we finally got a call back. On Jan 19th 2020 they came and repaired. The leak returned and after numerous calls they finally came In June 2020 and repaired it again. We have a second leak and have been waiting for it to repaired since 2020. They keep saying they will come and no one shows up. We are very disappointed as we thought we were getting a good quality roof and that they were Christian people who would do a good job. Apparently not so!

If you are in need of a FANTASTIC roofer, look no further. This was the best experience for which we could have hoped. The expertise, efficiency and transparency of this company was commendable. After Hurricane Irma, I was missing about 30 shingles from my roof top. I was in the process of selling the house so I needed the work done fast. I called many companies, but Gifford was the only one that was even willing to schedule the work. He actually came out the very next day and replaced the shingles with ones that match my roof and it looks as good as it ever did! Communication and timeliness were outstanding, I would definitely recommend this company and have actually already told several of my neighbors to call him!
