  My wife and I had some missing shingles on our roof and were not sure what to do about it since I can not go on the roof and fix it, we searched for roofing contractors, and we end up talking to five guys in the Bristow area. 3 of the roofing companies offered to replace the missing shingles for like around two thousand, and the other two offered a different approach, to contact my insurance company, both offered a free inspection and to help me with my insurance company. However, one became to pushy about doing a contract before they even got on top of my roof claiming that their contract was an authorization for them to go on the roof and a release us from the responsibility in case something happens to them. My wife knows more about laws, so she read the contract and noticed that this contract was nothing but just a hook to get us no way out of a contract with them. The other company was General contractors, they did ask us to sign a contract but in their contract everything was clear with plain language and they were not making any claims that were not in their contract, however, we were already scare because of the other company trying to hook us with no way out, so General contractors offered to do the inspection all for free, with no risk of anything and no contract until after they did their thing and were able to confirm if they were going to be able to help with the insurance company. So all we did is shake hands and we allowed them to go on our roof. They took a lot of photos, they recorded everything they did, they brought all this techie equipment, and then they asked if they could go inside the house and attic, so we let them go inside. Once they got inside they were using all this equipment like if they were ghost hunting inside my home -it was nice-, they showed me a lot of problems I needed to take care of, then they explain in detail what they were looking for and what they found. In the end they found that we had a water leak inside a closet that was already coming from the roof, into the attic, into the closet, that we had no idea that was in there. Once they showed us all the stuff that was wrong inside our home, we decided to sign with them at this point since we were already enjoying how well prepared they were and how comfortable they were making us feel even after they knew that we could have said no and they were not making any money from this, they still were committed to help us like if we were paying for all the services they were already providing fro free. Once we signed and give them all the information they requested within 24 hours we were contacted by our insurance company to set up a date for them to come to our property and verify what General found, so once the guy from the insurance company came they took care of everything, the person from the insurance said that he was going to approve for a full roof, my siding, the paint and drywall. We are so glad that we are going to recommend them to all of our family members :) and anyone that is reading this.

  They came to my home and explained everything to me and my mom, they did not rush anything and even showed us things we were not aware that were damaged inside our home. They give us a full report better than what the insurance rep gave us. They replaced our roof in one day and fixed the inside of our kitchen in two days, not bad considering that they had to replace all the drywall and paint everything, clean, and then came back to inspect it again to make sure their own people did a good job.

  They were honest enough to tell me the truth of what was going on on my roof and found out that my roof had no damages, however, they found out that the water leak was due to the gutters benign clogged and siding loose, they repaired my siding for a really cheap price, and cleaned my gutters for free. I recommended them already to 3 of my coworkers, all 3 of them are satisfied just like me. They did replaced the roof on one of my coworkers and I can tell you it looks amazing.
