  GBT made our roof claim wonderful from start to finish. Zach and Alyssa’s hands on approach was amazing. We felt like we were family. Brian was at our home, the day our claim representative was doing the roof inspection. He answered all questions and insured the process was done in an expeditious manner. Cooper reached out via phone, every step of the way to let us know what to expect and on what dates, Lois emailed information and sent digital reminders. If you want to experience Exceptional Customer service call GBT. From the inspection to our roof completion it’s been fantastic. Everyone was extremely polite, efficient, just all around GREAT!   Tony was amazing! He put in a lot of time to help come up with ways to repair our roof. He is honest and never tried to sell us on things we didn't need. I will definitely call them again when we need repairs in the future.
