  Overall ok .... customer service reps and salesman were great friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery of supplies was not organized and inefficient guy was alone had to help he hit the fence he was a different company. First day of work was delayed 48 hours which was inconvenient because only sheet metal was outside I have dogs and didn't want foam,caulk and screws where they could get so I had them in my garage for my dogs safty. Day one roofers weren't professional including drinking and results of the first days work were sub par. Custermer service was quick to address and assured a different team on day 2.morning day 2 rep came out took pics rain was scheduled so no work when it Rained on day 2 roof leaked had no leak issues before install started. Day 3 guys worked said they were done still had issues of things not complete didn't sign day 4 I decided after some more repairs it was good enough just over it all for the money results are not what was expected based on salesman pics of other jobs on positive side 100 year warranty and I will never have to mess with it again and I didn't have to drop all the money at once because it is financed. Salesman said financed was at 9% it was 14% he took 1k down ended up needing almost 3k down credit is high 600s low 700s just bought my home in January. Have had a leak again in same spot as first one during instal they sent someone first thing and have hopefully repaired it this time won't know till we get a good rain again.would I use them again...maybe, if I needed financed yes if not I'm not so sure they do use a good product they do have a great and responsive customer service team but pros and cons list are about the same ..... and issues are possible with any company I do know the few roof companies I had out before them for quote tho much cheaper were not impressed none but gator were clean professional and knowledgeable definitely no guarantee as good.

  Complete waste of time. They would not give a price because my girlfriend (that lives with me) was not at the estimate. Sounded fishy and the entire situation was weird.

  Mr. Beall, I want to take a moment to respond to your negative review(s). In total, there are five (5) negative reviews left by you (two on Google my business and one on Facebook), Rebekka Roos (one on Facebook), Kimmy B (one on Google), and Wyatt Beall (on Google). First off, I would like to point out that you called our office on April 4, 2022, for an appointment for a "FREE" estimate with you and Rebekka Roos. When we arrived for the scheduled appointment, you, sir, notified the representative that Rebekka would not be available for the meeting. When the appointment was scheduled, we asked, "who besides yourself would be involved with picking colors and deciding on it." To keep our costs down and make our energy-efficient metal roofs affordable, we ask to meet everyone who would have a say in it and be available for the initial meeting. This prevents multiple trips back and forth to a customer's home before placing the order. We did offer to reschedule your free estimate for a more convenient time. Since then, you decided to fully attack this business with frivolous and now slanderous false reviews. (I want to inform you that this behavior is actionable in the State of North Carolina, and you have now put us in a position to protect our good name.) I think it is essential for the general public to read what you have conspired to have written, knowing it to be false and harmful to a local business; as you can imagine, your calculated attack has caused us financial harm, and it was only intended to be malicious.   We got the berry color metal roof and it turned out very nice. The two men who put the metal roof on were very respectful and they did a great job. The salesman Tony we saw first was a very nice and helpful man.
