  I recently purchased a home after Banks Roofing replaced the roof. I have been in the home for almost six months. After a heavy rain, I discovered my garage skylight was leaking. The leak caused water damage to the drywall in my garage. I contacted Banks Roofing and spoke with Gary. I was informed that my roof had no warranty and the leak was caused from leaves. Gary was unprofessional and talked over me on the phone. Also, I was informed that my roof was replaced as a favor and no record was found of their company doing the roof. I am a hard working father and wanted to give Gary the opportunity to resolve the issue for my family. Please stay away from this company.

  Some repair work was needed before replacing roof and gutters and it was done to our satisfaction. The roof was replaced in time frame promised and the crew worked even in a rain storm to do what needed to be done. They also left the area cleaner than when they started. We were impressed. The gutters were replaced and 2 sections added as agreed and when promised. We are pleased with all the work and with our interaction with Brad and Gary.

  I recently had a roof replaced on my Sherman home while residing in Georgia. I can honestly say that I have never received such excellent customer care and satisfaction. I just want to thank everyone with OK Roofers because you guys are AMAZING.
