It all started with the friendly voice when I phoned Garner Roofing. A few days later, Dave Garner was at our home giving us fair estimates for various roofing options, as well as, gutter and gutter guard options. 2 weeks later, the roofers were here removing the old and installing the new roofing. They were very efficient and had our roofing installed in 1 day along with making sure the job site was pristine. 1 week later, the new gutters and gutter guards were installed. We are very pleased with our new roof and would highly recommend the locally owned and operated business of Garner Roofing.

A little late on this review, but here it is. David Garner came recommended from a colleague. He inspected my roof (actually climbed up), I told him what I was looking for, and his team delivered. He didn't do the 90 minute presentation or insist "all homeowners be present" like some companies do. Costs were reasonable and competitive and even when I there was a slight issue post job, David came and repaired it PERSONALLY. Garner roofing is my roofer of choice.
