  There are plenty of roofing companies out there. Not all are reputable. It's gotten quite bad. I had a quote come in for the same work for 3x the cost. I have used Garner on my home prior, and recently used them for my rental property. I highly recommend them. They do a great job, are professional and even go above and beyond what anyone would expect. They take photos of before and after. Most roofers won't do that.

  George and Justin did a super job of cleaning and repairing my gutters.They were professional and thorough. I highly recommend this Garner Roofing team! The following day another great team did roofing repairs. They arrived on time and did the necessary work. Both teams showed me photos of the completed work, which is very much appreciated. 👍

  From Start to finish, Garner Roofing was fantastic to work with. We had them come out several times. First Jon came to do a thorough roof inspection at our request. He identified and repaired a few items. Next Ricardo and his crew came out to remove gutter guards, clean gutters, replace broken tiles and remove debris that had bult up on the roof. Ricardo was friendly, professional, he and his crew worked efficiently together and did an excellent job. I'll be calling on Garner Roofing for all of my future roofing needs.
