  Laura at customer service did not display appropriate and satisfying customer service. I ordered an item online and went to pick it up at the store, but when I saw the item it was the wrong one. I showed her a picture of the correct item and she told me to go and get the correct item if that's what I want. I told her that I ordered it online so I wouldn't have to go look for it. She told me that there were no associates that could help me. I saw 3 associates walking around at that time who could have helped me. I did not receive help from any associate, so I had her refund my money and I went across the street to Lowe's and bought the item there. I will not be back to the Porterville Home Depot because the customer service is HORRIBLE.

  Nice store, I was looking for a small plumbing part that was hard to find. I was also pricing some items for future projects. Nice selection, garden dept had some good deals on plants, good amount of selections.
