  Garabar is an excellent company to do business with. They did an excellent job with the installation of my cement tile roof. From the carpentry work to the install of the tiles they were very professional and conscientious in every way. They have excellent follow up procedures in place, and cleanup after each phase of the job was superior. Everything about the job was explained and performed to the specifications they stated. If you are looking for a superior roofing company that you can trust Garabar is the one for you.

  My roof was about 25 years old and nearing its end of life. About 6 years ago I had a leak that found its way into the garage. So, this year I decided to be proactive. I did not want any more leaks which might find their way (this time) into my living space. I figured this might occur at any time. I decided to get quotes from 5 different roofers. All the quotes came in around the same dollars. The big difference for me and the reason I chose Garabar was the fine print in the contract and the salesman, Tom Scarp. The fine print for Garabar was simple and at least for me easy to understand. Other roofers’ contracts made me cringe. The whole process was very smooth. The communication between Tom and Garabar's office staff was excellent. The various crews showed up on time and were very professional. Any questions that I had were answered without a hitch. I live in a HOA so there are a number of regulations that have to be followed. Garabar followed all of them without any problems. Needless to say, I was very happy with the Garabar and Tom.

  Tom from Garabar got on our second story roof and gave an estimate for an $1,800 repair. They completed the job in a week and provided before & after photos. We are very satisfied.
