  In trying to get a quote on our windows our first appointment was cancelled by Mark Ganser the day of the appointment. On our next appointment measurements were taken but unlike two other companies, no quote was provided. Then, the day before the appointment to get our quote, Mark Ganser again needed to reschedule. I don't know if we were unimportant or if it was something else because all we received when we texted we would not be moving forward with his company was a thumbs up.

  I used Ganser Company for a gut rehab bathroom remodel. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, timeliness, thoroughness, attention to detail, and communication. I wholeheartedly recommend Ganser Company for anyone considering remodel contractors.

  We've had nothing but problems from the start. Our sales person was hard to get in touch with, and he took forever to return messages. Our project was delayed several times, with our siding and windows finally being installed in November. And that was after we started planning the project in late spring/early summer! We had several mistakes with the windows we ordered. The window above the kitchen sink is the wrong style all together. The window in our daughter's room got installed with the wrong wood stain, so they had to reorder and come back weeks later to install the correct one. We wanted a new picture window put in place of the old bay window, but that was ordered in the wrong size so that took several weeks to have fixed. The siding they put on our house looked great at first, now it looks terrible. Because it was cold when the siding was installed, now there are many spots around the house where the siding is starting to bubble up because of the change in temps, or so I've been told. The sales guy told us he would throw in a "free" rear entrance door for our garage to sweeten the deal. When that was installed, there were what looked like rust spots on the door. Nothing we used or tried got it clean. We've been trying to get these issues resolved but we've been getting the run around. None of the people we've dealt with are still with the company. Our issues keep getting passed to the next person in line with no resolution, not even a courtesy call to say they're working on getting our issues fixed. We went with Ganser because of their reputation, their great reviews, and their great selection of products. Their install team did a great job given the circumstances, I can't blame them for the mistakes made by the others. We will never recommend this company to anybody in the future.
