  Joe and crew from Galaxy were awesome. They replaced the upper roof and rubber roofs of our 130+ year old house. It wasn't a typical roof given some of the challenges but he worked with us on how to address it. We also had Bats in the attic that had to be removed during and post replacement and he took the time to meet with the animal professionals to ensure it was done with care and consideration of the Bats (which are protected). I'd highly recommend them if you're unsure about roofer or don't "have a roofing guy" and wish you did. They also do gutters, windows and doors and siding as well. He shows you the layout of the areas to be addressed, materials involved to choose from if needed, and hiccups along the way if there are any. And the #1 thing that you don't always get from a contractor is when you have a follow up need, question or issue, they WILL get back to you and address your concerns. Quality of work is #1 and #1a is customer service and response even after the job is complete. We had a sagging gutter after installation and he made arrangements to investigate it and make it right.   Joe & his team did a fantastic job removing 30 yr old aluminum siding and replaced it with new vinyl siding. The fit & finish is beautiful and the installation started and was completed in 5 days. Joe’s installation team did a fantastic job cleaning up each day after working. We are completely thrilled with the finished product!

  I really enjoyed working with Joe and Logan throughout our roof project. They were the first roofers I contacted to come out to the house and perform an assessment. All of my questions were answered and additional information was shared with me so that I understood the process. The job was completed in a timely manner with an excellent result. We were very pleased with our overall experience with Galaxy Roofing and will recommend their services to friends and family in need of their services.
