  This is not where you check in, go to the big parking lot on sanders and 43rd. They are fast for the amount of trucks coming.

  Highly disappointed the way I was treated. I did arrive early for my appointment, however if I can't get unloaded early "tell me no". Instead I was told to park in the lot. 19 hours later and past my appointment time, I am still not unloaded. The guy at dock door 23 Fiberglass Mat is rude, and uncaring. As a woman, I will NEVER use a porta potty, they aren't female friendly after 200 guys have used them. I could have went to truck stop and waited and had access to facilities, not to mention food and drinks. I have checked in a couple times, only to have him tell at me for signing in again, but it's a new day, so yes I signed in yesterday and I am still sitting waiting to be unloaded. Now he is just using his power to make me wait and since there is no way to get any help, here I sit.
