  I made an appointment for screen room and gutter quotes. 45 minutes prior to my appointment, man called me and said he had measured and was leaving. I told him we were traveling to the new construction home, we had questions and wanted him to honor my appointment time. He hung up on me. Once I arrived at my new home, he didn’t speak to us and just stood there- very childish and unprofessional. He was very agitated rude and trying to get him to answer questions was very unpleasant. I wouldn’t use this company if they were the only ones in the area!

  i called in to report a inncident of one of there vehicle drivers and was disappointed with the response i got . i was cut off and cursed by one of there drivers on the road . i was more shaken up then i was upset . i want everyone to be safe .so spoke with the office supervisor miss johanna and i was treated a bit poorly in my opinion . miss johanna admitted to me that this happens often with there drivers there which was scary to no that such dangerous behavior is ok . i understand that this a stressful time for everyone right now but miss johanna seemed very annoyed by me . miss johanna said she would report this to the company owner . i hope there drivers start to be more cautious on the road for everyones safety . and i hope miss johanna just understands why i called in . i just want everyone to be safe i was not trying to cause problems but she took it that way . im just an older grandpa trying to make it home safely.so sad .

  Had G & T to come out and install screens on my Patio a few years back. The only issue I had at the time, they had some kid doing to caulking around the edges and gaps in the connections. They were working all over each other. A day or 2 later, I noticed some gaps that had not been filled after seeing gnats in the enclosure. I called the company and no one came out. I then called back and got the supervisor and he took down my info and never showed. This was back in 2015. My wife was terminally ill at the time and then passed away. Of course I did not follow up until now as I had to give her all my attention and then the grieving period. I just ran across the paperwork and thought I'd share this as I still have the same issue. The economy was not as good then as it is now, so I'm sure they had the time. Either way, they should have made the time. Do not use them as I read the other comments and please do not pay them if you decide to use them until you do a full inspection of the work.
