  Very impressed with the experience we had with Frye Roofing, Inc. From the initial contact with getting a quote until the finish with a follow up, the service was superb! The office staff and management were easy to talk with and understood what and how we wanted things, along with the timeline. Despite all of the challenges with supplies in 2021, Frye Roofing made it happen within budget and on time as promised. We have worked with a lot of various contractors, but I must say the installers were extremely knowledgeable, professional, quick, and very personable! We could not have asked for a better experience and so glad we went with them. In the end, our house has an entirely new look due to the quality of the work of the new roof! Thank you all and appreciate everything you did to help us! I would highly recommend and would definitely use Frye Roofing again!

  Residential Roof Replacement - Hinton Working with Frye to replace my roof was quite seamless. Since I live out of town, they were quite cooperative to see that all phases of the work were completed in accordance with my needs - permitting, demolition and disposal, installation and cleanup - without me being at my home. They also worked with me to select the appropriate shingles and referenced appropriate building code and warranty requirements as a part of the Contract. Extremely thorough from start to finish.

  From start to finish, Frye Roofing was excellent to work with. Communication with the company representative was good throughout the work period. The estimate given before the roof replacement began was thorough and accurate. Additionally, the crew that did the work was very professional. Before leaving each day, they organized the materials left on-site and covered the unfinished parts of the roof to prevent water damage in the event of rain before the next work day. We did have a problem one day where strong winds and heavy rains over a weekend caused leaks that damaged ceiling tiles in our office. When this was brought to the company's attention, they promptly took care of it, replacing the affected tiles. We are VERY satisfied with the service provided by Frye Roofing and heartily recommend them.
