Consumers beware! Other security companies do not require contract! I needed security monitoring so decided to give them a chance. They were a local option so was hoping for positive experience. After my 3 year contract was over I decided to cancel as I was not impressed. At one point they wanted to charge me $50 to replace their worn out yard sign. After I cancelled service they are still charging my credit card, had to file dispute. HORRIBLE! Yes, I am an ex-customer

This rating should be zero stars. My advice to everyone based on my experience with this company is "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM". They didn't deliver on what we asked for and now they won't come back to fix their mistakes. I have been dealing with them for over six month on the installation of 6 cameras which are still not working right. The whole installation was a nightmare as they are unreliable and unprepared to work under the minimum safety requirements. Oh, and they want to be paid even after the job is not complete nor working properly. They lied about making it right and now they won't answer my calls. Don't waste your time with these guys.
