Great service in and out they know their products  very well thanks guys

I've shopped Frontier Tile several times over the last few years.  The girls at the desk call someone to the front to ensure you receive exactly what you want, you pay, and they load it immediately.  The longest delay is waiting at the front desk.  I'm usually in and out within twenty minutes and they've always had what I needed.  They probably deserve a five but I only give those if someone really makes my day.

I was just there this morning to get some prices and information. I stood in front of three very comfortably seated ladies who were just too busy with their conversation to stop and ask why I happened to be standing there. After a while I left and went somewhere else.

They do not adhere to their hours posted. They listed on their door that they would be open until 13:00. We arrived from the opposite side of town at 12:30 only to be told they closed early for the holiday weekend even though their special holiday hours sign reflected their operations are until 13:00. When we mentioned that while pointing to it, the employee shrugged her shoulders and walked to her car. They just lost a potential client. This was our first time visiting the site as well. Looks like we will do business with their competitors as they just proved to be unreliable. They are getting one star since zero is not an option.
