  The team did an excellent job of tearing down my old flat roof and rebuilding the assembly from scratch. It got quite messy, but the Friendly team was sure to clean up after themselves. Also cost-wise, the project was a much lower bid than several of the quotes I received from other local roofing companies. Overall, I would highly recommend John and his crew from Friendly Flat Roofing.

  Exceptional roofing company that was the perfect match for my flat roofing project in Chicago for my rental property. I never felt like I was being forced to sign the dotted line the same day I received an estimate. I've dealt with roofing companies in the past that were notorious for pressure sales tactics. Since I'm in sales myself, I'm immune to that approach. A basic, subtle approach will win my money every time. Also, special thanks to John, the project manager for orchestrating the installation of my flat roof so smoothly.
