  Freedom Roofers just finished a standing seam aluminum roof and hurricane straps on our house, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional roofers with both skill and integrity. Scott and Lee are both excellent managers and communicators. After each encounter, we felt they cared about the outcome and our experience. They made important suggestions and were quick to respond. They were patient and thorough in answering all questions that came up. We became so comfortable with them, we ended up starting while we were out of town. The crew was clean, courteous and did a great job. They sent us photos and video of the progress each day, and our carpenter checked the roof each night and reported back that the workmanship looked great. When they finished, we wanted to change one detail, and Scott immediately came out and took care of it without any question. Freedom Roofers is very well-run by people who care. Thank you to everyone on our job!

  TLDR: great work, right price. While our 2004 shingle roof worked fine (no leaks) we know insurance companies seem to be dropping anyone with a 15+ year roof. Got proposals from 3 companies recommended on local pages. Freedom came in lowest. Went with metal roof, also replaced/updated skylight. Great team onsite, and owner returned all my calls if he was unable to answer right away. Very happy with end product. Will follow up on this post if we ever need to call them back under the 5-year warranty, but (fingers crossed) so far so good! Highly recommend.

  Bought a custom home from RDW Quality Builders that was 2 years old. We started noticing some wetness by the area where the dryer vent met the ceiling. No dripping water but discoloration. I spoke with the owner and asked him if he ever heard of this problem. He said he did and told me to call the company that installed the roof ( Freedom Roofers ). He said that the owner was a good guy and he would take care of the problem. Well I called and spoke with Scott who told me he would come out to check what was going on. Scott came out, went into the attic and then onto the roof. He said that the gooseneck vent was not installed properly and that he would replace and repair it at no cost. Mind you this is five years later. He said that they would be out next week and today, Thursday, the crew showed up. They replaced and sealed the vent. Thank you Scott. Hopefully someone will read this and appreciate a company that stands behind their work FIVE years later. Again thank you Scott and Lee and crew. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year.
