  Over a year now of recurring quality issues. We had our roof, siding, soffit, fascia and windows all redone by Freedom, and have had nothing but issues during and after the installation (no clean up, siding falling off on multiple occasions, warping due to improper installation, etc.). Most recently, we had to make a warranty claim and the representative inspecting the work referred to it as "a complete hack job." While they have been willing to correct the major issues as they arise, there is really no recourse for the overall poor workmanship. They are now refusing to send in my defective siding sample because of my honest review, so I have to go cut another panel of my house to have the warranty honored for the defective product installed.

  From the beginning Freedom Restoration & Roofing was great to work with. They came out quickly and immediately got the ball rolling. They were professional and easy to work with. Everything was explained in detail up front and I was given all of my options without the sales pressure. They weren't just trying to make a sale, they were there to give me the roof I wanted in our price range. They were available and kind with all of my many questions throughout the process. I was impressed with the customer service along with the quality. They worked hard and fast and got the job done in one day. I absolutely love my new roof. It is gorgeous. They use very high quality material starting below the shingle. I would and have recommended this company to anyone I know looking for work to be done on their home. (I even caught one of the guys singing as he was replacing my roof! Added bonus!! They obviously love what they do!)

  I waited until after our gigantic snowstorm to review since I’m hard to please and wanted to make sure the leak that started this whole project was repaired…and it was! I have an older brick home in the city. It needed a new roof, new windows, new back door, bonus room siding replacement and new gutters. Communication was EXCELLENT, they were very upfront and reasonable about costs, including what we could opt-out of and what was absolutely necessary. For example, my siding project was a very small portion of the house, so there was not a need for an entire dumpster as it was possible to dispose of ourselves. Super flexible and very, very quick to determine weather-related issues. The whole crew was on time, polite, respective of our time and our rep David is possibility the kindest human being in the history of human beings! Delays in shipping caused this project to go on way longer than any of us wanted, but that is not their fault and they were VERY VERY FAST once materials did arrive. Had it not been for the shipping delay, this whole huge project would have been completed in a week. Great company…would absolutely do business with them again, but they’ve literally done all they can do for my house AND it’s guaranteed work. So…it’s a shame I won’t have the need to work with these humans again. Recommend super highly!!!!!
