  After awhile I noticed the roof was sagging. They sent the foreman out to investigate and because of his age he was unable to get on the patio roof. After that I’ve heard nothing from Paul the owner. I’ve made several attempts to contact him by phone and for whatever reason he refuses to return my calls, or make other arrangements to fix his workmanship. I would not recommend this company.

  All I can say is bring a surfboard and lifevest. The waves along the shingles make me dizzy, and swimming in the kitchen is upsetting. I had a 25 year old roof that didn't leak, and Freespirit replaced it. 2 years later, 1st leak took place. I had a inspector take pictures and show the problem was no flashing in the "dead valley". I got them to come out and supposedly fix the problem and install flashing. Today, 15May20, my renter's are sitting in a puddle in the kitchen from the roof, same area.

  We're glad we went with FREE SPIRIT! They did quality work roofing our house, breezeway & attached garage in less than 24 hrs. They cleaned up after themselves & were super professional. Not to mention they were SO careful not to tear up my landscape. I tell ya if we didn't know they were putting new roof on & we'd gone outta town for wknd while they replaced it...we wouldn't of known they were here, except for having a beautiful new roof!!! All our neighbors remarked how great of a job that Free Spirit did! I know sometimes it's a bit of a wait because they're so good, but they are worth the wait! From the quote to picking out shingle color, to leaving us with a smile, Free Spirit is amazing!
