Evan Jennings provided excellent service. He was quick to respond and address my roof issue. After he found the issue he repaired it even though it was raining, so I was very appreciative of his efforts. I had made several phone calls to the company that installed my roof only to be ignored. I’ll only use Fraser Roofing for any future repairs. They provided outstanding service and Evan is the best.

My roof was recently replaced by Fraser Roofing. They did a really good job. I’m very impressed with the service; my roof looks great! Additionally, I knew everything that was to be done to my roof since Robert Boggs communicated everything to me. He’s very professional and is definitely one of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with.

I was referred to Jacob and his company, Fraser Roofing, after my husband and I discovered a leak under our porch roof. Honestly, it had been there a while as we just stared at it getting worse. We knew it was finally time when the wood was rotting. Jacob and his team evaluated the roof and wrote us a detailed estimate for repairs. He was very prompt in answering and was very upfront that they are not the cheapest but they do good work. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I felt confident in choosing his company and moving forward since this is our home and worth the investment. His team came in and they did a great job with the roof repair. However, I wasn't satisfied with the color difference in the shingles. Jacob explained although the shingles are the same color as the existing but they don’t match because it was a repair. The contrast between newer and older shingles was drastic and not acceptable to me. Jacob offered to remedy the situation at no cost. He offered to replace the entire front of our roof and covered our expenses! It looks AMAZING! I suppose he could have just offered to find a match and just refinish the repair or offer to do the entire roof at a discount. Instead, he truly went the extra mile for our home. In this day and age, it is difficult to find people you can trust to do good work and stand behind it. I am grateful for people like Jacob, we need more Jacobs! Do yourself the favor and call Jacob the roofer. You can trust for him for all your roofing and gutter needs.
