  I am very pleased with Franzoso Contracting with replacing my roof, gutters and leaders. From the moment I contacted Mark, he and his team were responsive, professional and helpful. From the inspection to end of job, they communicated frequently and thoroughly. His workers were on time, considerate, and did a great job cleaning each day. With a new roof installation, my solar panels had to be removed, and they introduced me to the company they work with. Both companies worked together so I didn't have to schedule them individually. Talk about reducing my stress level. I would highly recommend Franzoso!

  We searched for a roofing company for a year. We had lots of people give us recommendations. We contacted a few of them we weren't impress with any of them. We finally contacted Francisco. They sent a representative over check out our roof and gutters. ( He climbed on our roof and actually checked) . Explained how they would do the job gave us s price and stated to give them a call when we were ready. They were Professional from the first day until competition of the job. They cleaned up the mess and left everything clean.

  Franzoso is the ONLY contractor we trust and will use. During our time in our current home, Franzoso had installed new gutters and replaced the back portion of our roof including the skylight. The entire team did such an amazing 🤩 job, this past November Franzoso replaced our front roof. When Franzoso replaced our back roof there was evidence that there was 2 layers of the front roof that may not be in good shape. In November, Franzoso started work on the front roof and the suspension was confirm - we needed an entire new front roof. Franzoso was OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!! They scheduled the job when we needed it to be done (before Thanksgiving) on very very short notice. PLUS they quickly fit in time to do the extra work for a new front roof down to the studs - plus made expert recommendations on replacing some studs and adding more insulation. They did NOT make any recommendations for work that was not needed and even though prices on materials are very expensive they kept the prices reasonable. The work was done time efficiently with excellent craftsmanship and great professionalism! My husband and I are fanatics about our house and property and Franzoso made sure everything was cleaned and all nails were picked up. Richard, Peter, Luis, Manny and the entire Franzoso team are Awesome 👏 . We give our highest recommendation!
