I had five (5) estimates from different roofers from the area. Frank Vincent was the most reliable and the best prices around. His team was very professional and courteous and NO NAILS were left (unlike others) on the ground. I have him doing a window soon. Thank you Frank!

We had our windows & sliding glass door replaced by Frank Vincent Windows & Roofing in the Spring and absolutely love the look. Great to work with, reasonably priced, responsive & professional. Highly recommend Frank & his crew!

I had Frank Vincent install 24 replacement windows, manufactured by B.F. Rich, in 2015. I chose this manufacturer because they had a LIFETIME WARRANTY. Had to give Frank Vincent checks (no credit cards), up front, before they would start the job. Installers were neat and clean and did a decent job. A few months later, I had a glass failure (condensation between the panes). Frank Vincent had the manufacturer, replace the sash. A few months later, yet another glass failure. At this time B.F. Rich went out of business. Frank Vincent came and took my window to be repaired by a local company. Several months later, I have had four more glass failures (for a total of six glass failures to date)! Frank Vincent refuses to help me! They claim that they do not have to honor the Lifetime Warranty because the manufacturer went out of business. The only response that I got was from Peggy (Frank's sister) giving me the name and number of a "handy man". I have recently called them and left a message asking for the name of the local company that repaired my glass, so that I can take my window sashes there for repair. Never received a return phone call! This is terrible customer service! I gave them $12,000.00 cash and not even the courtesy of a return phone call!
