  If I could give this company zero stars I would. I did not hire this company, my landlord did and it was a nightmare. They took our Direct TV dish off the roof and when they put it back on it was not done properly and now we have no television. Upon calling Direct TV it is going to cost us $52 for a service call as it was not storm related but cosmetic. My fiancee tried to speak with Mr. Gaines today and he said they put it back on properly and when asked can he please go on the roof and adjust it he was rude and flat out refused. So now we are stuck paying for something we never did and have no television for a week. Also instead of this company unloading the materials in front of our house, they parked in our neighbor's driveway which resulted in two police calls from our very angry neighbor, instead of just unloading like they should have, they have no created this situation with our neighbor that makes it very uncomfortable even living here. And on top of all this, Mr. Gaines proceeded to solicit business from said neighbor after she called the police, thus making the situation even worse. I really dread knowing this company is not going to be here again to replace our neighbor's roof, stay away
