  Came out to provide a quote for a renovation and said they would be able to put us on schedule and get the job done in 2-3 weeks. Never heard from them again. Tried to call them a couple weeks later to ask about our quote and they never returned our call. I can understand if you are too busy to take on the project but it is very unprofessional to just ghost a customer.

  Someone from this company came out for a scheduled consult for our roof. They did not speak to us at all. They took a distance measurement of the sidewalk ( I can only assume to get a length measurement of the roof, but who knows because they didn't speak to us), and sent us a quote for over $1000. No discussion of what the issue was. No inspection of the roof. Then they said they would come back out the following week to inspect the roof, after we called inquiring how they established a quote without getting on the actual roof. 🤔 They never showed for the follow up inspection of the roof. A shame, indeed, as we are new to Midland and this company was recommended on NextDoor.
