  If I could give zero stars, I would. Interior stain grade doors that were delivered were knotty alder instead of the knotty pine we ordered and had raised center panels instead of flat. Four doors were missing and two were the wrong swing. Foxworth told our builder that the supplier didn’t make our doors in knotty pine and that was as close as they could get to our desired door. Knowing there are supply issues across the country, we decided to go with what we had. After a few weeks of waiting we have all of the door jams and the garage entry door. Still missing 3 doors. To our surprise, the garage entry door is the exact knotty pine door we originally ordered and were told we couldn’t get!! Incompetence covered by lies. Response: As I suspected, the blame would be reassigned to my builder and myself. Hard to have miscommunication when I’m standing next to the builder while he’s on the phone with the salesman. And your response does nothing to actually resolve anything. Just a marketing gloss over. Who you say is to blame doesn’t match who the store says is to blame, so the “lies” comment is valid.

  Great local lumber yard and sales counter that value a customer when they walk in the door they have most everything in stock and will order it if need be

  Could not get waited on. One salesperson and one other customer besides myself. It was if I was a ghost and unseen and unheard.
