  I cannot express how pleased we have been with the tear down and rebuild of our townhome deck. It's been almost 2 months since Fowler Exteriors changed our outdoor lives. We had an 8 x 18 deck turned 10 x 23 (the full width of the townhome). I know it doesn't seem like much, but the additional ~100sqft has made a significant impact on the usability of the deck. Our neighbors are all envious and talk about how big the difference is. The construction and workmanship is amazing, quality of materials - top notch, and they use screws, not nails, as a standard. And let me tell you, if you don't know what hogwire is - look it up, it's amazing! We did not pay a penny over the initial estimate. Both Cody and Michael were in constant contact, always answered the phone or responded quickly when they were not able to. The crew was personable and answered our questions, they never seemed to be annoyed with us and quite honestly, we had some great conversations and learned a lot about deck builds! We have a southern exposure so this deck has gotten a beat down already and is still beautiful, sturdy and our outdoor haven. We will leverage Fowler for any construction efforts we have in the future and have already recommended them multiple times.

  Fowler Exteriors is truly the best. They made our roof replacement the easiest process I have ever been through. Cody was on time for all appointments, communicative, and both kind and patient with answering my many questions on types of roof shingles and the insurance process. I highly recommend them!

  Fowler roofing removed old metal roofing and replaced with decking and shingles. We were given a reasonable quote, the work was terrific, great communication. There was a complication due to going from metal to shingles that they were not responsible for. Some of the vinyl siding cracked where the crew had to remove the old flashing. Lee repaired them at no extra cost to us and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We would definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.
