HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Mike has always come through for me over years. Whenever I have needed his assistance he has never failed me. I personally had Four Star replace my roof  and gutter guards. I had no issues prior to Derecho or after. Give Four Star a call!

They were the second company to offer us help and the first to actually show up and do it. They gave us a very reasonable price and had the small repair done next day

Do NOT use them for gutter work. I had them replace the gutters on my house and they used cheap box mitres without saying that anywhere on the quote or during my phone calls with them. Corners leak even after being back three separate times to fix leaks. Apparently all they do to “fix” a leak is pile the caulk up. Myself, with zero gutter experience, can see the gap between the caulk and the corner of the gutter. Called a fourth time and they said it takes weeks for caulk to cure and by running water through to check for leaks I caused the leaks. I guess you’re supposed to hope it doesn’t rain for several weeks after they install your gutters. They just want to get their money and then not have to stand behind their work. You definitely get what you pay for with Four Star.

Jason and his crew did an amazing job with our roof and siding! Hopefully we don’t need them back anytime soon but highly recommends them! Thank you! 😊

Still waiting 6 months later after the storm to get my roof done. Was told by Don right after the storm they were 3 weeks out to get my roof done. Called 2 months later in November talked to receptionist to see what was going on, was asked for contract and was told she would get with the guys and find out a estimate on date they would get over to so my roof and get back to me over email. No response emailed her back 2 weeks later and was told she didn’t know . Waited tell spring because I figured at this point I couldn’t find a available roofer in the area so I’m stuck. called back beginning of March same receptionist same run around asking to see contract telling me they will get back to me they don’t know what’s going on with the shop (REALLY?) No response. messaged back again a week after that told the same thing from receptionist they will get back to me.. still waiting 6 months later for my roof to be done

Great company, so glad we called them for our roofing needs.   They were friendly and after they tore the old roof off they discovered we needed some plywood replaced.  They completed that and had our new roof on in 2 days.   Our roof looks great and our yard showed no sign that they had even been there.   Highly recommend!

I was told by salesman 3 weeks out when I signed contract.  Called at 3 week mark to get an idea where I was at.  Salesman said I was top of workorder list maybe even that week. “Great, fantastic”.  Another week went by called office they basically laughed at me and said I have only been waiting 3 weeks your gonna have to wait much longer then that.  Salesman gets back to me says he has no control over scheduling and they are having problems getting shingles and couldn’t give me a time frame.  Communication wasn’t lining up with what Salesman told me and the front office..  Cancelled contract with them as salesman only responded through text and told me to find someone else and hung up on me when I tried to call and talk with him about what was going on and getting a timeline.  Very Unprofessional.

Shoddy workmanship gutters leak installed by amateur workers, they don’t stand behind their work. Same to be said about siding installation not nailed properly nails and siding fell off

The crew was efficient. Mike was very fair with his price. Cleaned up afterward. We no longer have a leaky home.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced by calling to schedule a new project. Was literally told they are too busy to call me back within the week. When I expressed concerns of them being too busy to call me and needing to find another company to do the work the lady said “Okay that’s fine”.
-Lost business over terrible customer service.

Great dependable company.  Did my roof last fall and recently completed siding, soffet, fascia, gutters and downspouts!  Reasonably priced and they do fantastic work.  I would recommend this company to anyone needing roofing or siding!!

called to set an appointment, they told me they'd call me back the same day to schedule something. never heard from them.

Did are house in 2001. Had piece of trim loose today. Called they came out today and tacked. No charged. THANKS

They have been saying they will come do my roof for over 5 weeks now and never show up when they say they will.
