Kanga roof came by to find the reason for a small leak that showed up in our bedroom. I’ve had 3 or so companies come by and be unable to determine what the cause was. Mason from Kanga found the rusty nail sticking out of my roof in 10 minutes and now we finally have piece of mind. Friendly staff, and professional service.

I'd avoid using this company for anything other than a routine installation. If you have leakage issues with your existing gutters then this is not the company to resolve them. This is a company geared toward selling products rather than solving problems. This wouldn't be the end of the world if it weren't for the obscene prices they charge. I called Kanga trying to sort out my still-leaking gutters after a full roof replacement that they recommended (and that I paid them for). Following that I had water leaking between the gutter and the fascia board. It looked like the gutter had sagged and that the drip-edge was actually feeding slightly behind the gutter. The salesman got on a ladder and tugged on the gutter, saying it felt secure (so I probably imagined the water leaking behind it, I guess). So without really volunteering any solutions, the salesman wisely asks me what *I* want to do. In hindsight this should have been a red flag, seeing as I'm reaching out to Kanga for a professional's recommendation, and my suggesting my own idea of what I need leaves them off the hook for actually resolving any issues. I ask for gutter guards in hopes that unclogged gutters won't sag as badly, and a couple grand later I have gutter guards and icicles forming behind the gutters. I've called a couple times and pointed these things out to the service techs that come out, they nod and sympathize with my problems but ultimately none of my concerns seem to make their way back to the office, and nothing actually gets done. Someday I'll probably find someone who can actually address my problem but Kanga isn't getting any more of my money.

Had hoped to push a new roof until next spring but started having issues. Luckily Kanga Roof was able to squeeze me into their schedule and got everything done - insulation, roof, gutters and guards - in a week. Less actually, with a couple bad weather days.
