  I do have to say, my new roof looks very nice. The actual installation also went well. Everything else since I signed that contract has been a different story. There was multiple no call no shows. Lots of improper communication. Did not show up on time almost at all. Even after I talked to them about being on time the next time . I honestly at times wondered if they were still a real business. Just very unprofessional! It really is just a shame we had such confusion over the entire process. Also the card they gave me to rate them does not work.

  I usually don't leave reviews but I had to with this company! I'm very happy with the Forward Roofing team... Josh was very helpful and informative. After just purchasing my first home, I was very nervous about the cost for replacing the old roof. He assured me they could put a quality roof on for me within my budget and they did just that! Can't forget to mention how clean and professional the production crew was!
