  So we used Forward for water damage/leak. it was extensive and we mostly dealt with Ian although we also dealt with his partner, who is a floor specialist.. i could not recommend them any higher. they did a tremendous job, kept us informed, did quality work on a difficult situation, and pretty much took over and solved the entire problem-- when I checked the boxes above for "Good Quality", "Good Value", "Professional", "Responsive' and ""On Time", I meant it --if you want help, and if you want professional help, the this is the place to go --highly recommended!

  Forward Restoration were on site within 12 hours of our water damage being discovered by our son this Summer. They turned what we thought was going to be a serious repair endeavor into a swift repair that was done before we knew it. It was truly one of the best customer service experiences we have ever experienced.

  We are Realtors and discovered that there had been a frozen pipe that had burst at one of our listings on New Year’s Day! Ian and his team were there within a couple hours of the call for service and did an incredible job of mitigating the water situation and communicating to myself, the owners and the insurance company! I cannot say enough about how thorough and professional Forward Restoration is. Just on this experience if ever I need another mitigation- I will call them for sure!
