We appreciate the feedback the previous posters have left. As far as the two comments about the school - what these two students didn't realize, we were awarded extra work as well as extra time to get the project completed on their school. As far as the smoking on the roof, we have a new policy where this is not allowed by our workers anymore. Matt Traylor: As far as residential roofs, we suspended this operation a little over two years ago. We should have stated that to you and recommended a roofing contractor better suited for your situation. This is our error. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused you. We are a commercial roofing and sheet metal contractor. Eileen Strickland - as far as parking in the handicapped spots, we were told that is where they wanted us to park and provided permits for us to park there. They provided new handicap parking while we were using these spaces. The main reason we were instructed to use this spot was we had to move large trucks back and forth out of the alley that was next to the building (and if anyone parked in those spots while we had a truck in the alley, it would not be able to leave). We apologize for any issues this has caused.

I called and set up an appointment to get a quote to replace our roof. Two weeks later I did not hear from one single person from the Company. Help me understand why? I called back today 4/10/14 to ask why I have not heard from them. The person answering the phone wanted to defend themselves and say they had nothing to do with it and continue to throw other employees under the bus. Sounds like a dysfunctional organization. Poor Customer Service!!!

I attend the same school as another poster, Travis Riddle. As of 3/26/2015, they are still working on the roof. It has been almost a year since they started on this job, which was supposed to be finished before the school year started. Several areas of the roof has water leaks and the classrooms above where they are working will have pieces of roofing fall down. This, along with the noise, makes for a disrupted learning environment. The workers are usually not working and, having been caught smoking on a tobacco-free campus, are frequently seen taking smoking brakes across the road from the school.
