  We had a metal roof system installed in Sarasota, FL by a certified Worthouse installer Florida State Roofing at the end of 2021. We choose the Worthouse Supre product in Sierra Brown color. The entire experience with the manufacture and the Roofing contractor completely exceeded our expectations. The Worthouse Metal Roofing system makes our house look absolutely incredible and is the talk of the neighborhood. The installation was perfect, and the crews were fantastic. The value for the money in our opinion is 2nd to none. The initial cost is more than conventional systems, but with 3+ times the life, Miami Dade approved, 200 mph uplift wind rating, fire & impact resistant, and comes with a lifetime warranty. And did I mention, it looks absolutely fantastic. I’d like to say we would do it all again, but I don’t think we’ll need to. We couldn’t be more pleased. This is the way of the future.

  My roof was in desperate need of replacing, I got 4 to 5 quotes, they weren't the cheapest and weren't the most expensive, they were right in the middle. With that being said, when I called to make arrangements for install and discuss pricing, the salesman told me about a program that has no money out of pocket loan through PACE, I am so grateful for his recommendation. I highly recommend Florida State Roofing. My roof is beautiful, done in the time frame as explained (weather pending) they always contacted me with any questions or concerns.

  I personally did not do business with this company but my next door neighbor hired them for their roof. Their roof was in great need of repair and the company seemed as good as any. My neighbor has been one of my most trusted friend and it gave me great pain to see her go through this ordeal. While I am certainly aware that others have had good experiences with this company, it makes me confused as to why they treated my neighbor so poorly. I live right next door and their incompetence could not be more evident. They never arrived before 10 in the morning and always were very quick to leave. While my neighbor indicated that they promised to pick nails up after every day of work, my neighbors car, my car, and their truck all had a flat tire by the second day. I myself am not in the construction business so I have to admit I do not know the proper procedure in this case, but if new materials are in need due to an unexpected revelation during the middle of a project, I would assume that the person funding the project will have to be notified to increase original cost. Unfortunately, this is not a hypothetical but, in fact, what had happened to my neighbor. She had to pay thousands of dollars more than the agreed cost and was not told until they were at her house asking for the check. She is very depressed by the outcome of the roof and I cannot do anything but warn everyone else looking for a company to reconsider their thoughts about this company. Again, as I mentioned, they do not treat everyone in this manner and they have had many praises from a lot of customers. I trust that they are telling the truth, but there is a definitive risk involved with this company. In the end I simply have to say that I would not be leaving this comment here today if I had not been so angered by what they had done to my neighbor.
