  First and foremost Kyle and his team couldn't have made me feel more comfortable working with! they were knowledgeable and made me really feel they were doing the best in my interest. I had noticed a leak after a recent hail/wind storm and called Flash Construction and Roofing out. Kyle came out within a couple hours of my call. He checked over the current damage and informed me that i had a Hail/wind claim on my hands. I called my insurance and they sent out an adjuster, Kyle met with them out at the house to go over the damage. Not only did he get the house approved for a full roof replacement but he also got them to pay for some of the siding and a couple other things i would have completely missed. They helped me get through the difficult claim like a breeze. Roof took only a day to complete while i was gone at work. I am so thankful to Kyle and his team for making me feel like family! i would recommend them to anyone.

  I live in River plantation. Liked how Kyle explained why he chose each product used in our new roof. Gave us proposals in 4 or 5 price ranges, so we could select the one that worked best for our budget. Once we selected the one we wanted he did not try to up-sell us on a more expensive version and even said he would make the same decision if it was his house. He let us know it would take a little over 2 days to complete our roof (the other companies we talked to said they could do it in one day-which even i knew was not possible with it being a large roof) it took them 2 days plus 3 hours the next day and that was it! They arrived early and worked until dusk to get it down as fast as possible. The clean up was excellent with their net they used and being able to view the work as it was progressing was awesome! Even able to see the damaged plywood they had to replace. A crew of about 8-10 worked on the house each day. I would definitely recommend Flash Construction and roofing if you want a quality roof installation and products at a respectable price. They put a net around everything so nothing would get in the pool! When the wind blew debris all over the yard, if the net didn’t catch it they picked it all up without being asked. We will definitely use them for our next home. They work hard to earn and keep the excellent ratings they have. Thank you so very much Kyle & Lexi!

  I’m serious! My experience to date with Flash Construction and Roofing has been a consumer’s dream when it comes to courteous, professional service. From the moment I met Lexi & Kyle, I felt that I was dealing with reputable individuals. I was shown company history, explained all aspects of the installation they perform, along with viewing samples and then given 4 project options of varied prices to fit my budget or need. Once I decided on an option, and the contract was signed, a date was set and the project was ready to go. The work was done three days later and completed in a timely manner. Kyle was there at the end of the job to make sure the work was done as promised and I was happy with the results. Without a second thought, I would recommend Flash Construction and Roofing to family, a friend, or a neighbor.
