  It has now been about 18 months since Fix My Roof restored my roof. I have been very pleased with the results and follow up service. The crew was very professional and showed up on time. The first day was quite messy and a lot of dust/dirt was blown off the roof while they prepared it for their process. The crew did a great job cleaning up the dust and debris even though toward the end we had a rain shower which made it difficult to clean up. They returned the next two days to apply the material and seal the roof. I have experienced zero issues with the roof and they returned to perform maintenance at the one year mark as promised. They even patched up the spots that were slightly exposed after my subsequent solar panel installation. James Stephens Albuquerque, NM

  We had Fix My Roof use their process over our bitumen roof. After a year, it started to bubble. Then one winter we had a major leak about 3 years later. They were very responsive to try to track down the leak but their warranty only covers the roof not all of the damage to the house which was significant. We continue to have serious bubbling that they have to patch each year. Our neighbor also used Fix My Roof, and she had 3 major leaks this past winter. Be careful! I don't think their product works well on our roof type. It's been a terrible experience. Consider it some type of minimal roof maintenance but not any long-term roofing solution.

  Good competitive price. Excellent work-the roofing team was a happy group, very professional and responsive to detail as well as hard working. We highly recommend Fix My Roof to anyone wanting a roof that looks good, doesn't leak and is guaranteed.
