  I just want to say I wish I could give this place two reviews. I would give 5 stars to the actual crew that did the work. My half bathroom conversion into a full bathroom project came out beautiful! Hats off to the crew that did the actual work and made it happen. That being said. I have to give the company itself and management a one star review. The amount of promises broken and deadlines not met… my goodness! Let me give a timeline. It’s august 2021. I reach out to this company about potentially getting my bathroom project done. They came over gave me a rough estimate and a few designs. I compared that with some other companies. Price was fair. I decided to go with 5 star for the interest free financing for a year and they supposedly were the quickest available. They told me probably November they would start. In September we signed a contract I was told end of November start date and the project would take a week and a half. Here I am middle of April they are almost done with the project. They started 3+ weeks ago. This was after them telling me each week throughout February and early March every week “oh we’re definitely starting this week”. And me having to reach out to them every week to hear some excuse why they weren’t coming that week. This part was frustrating. Again hats off to the crew that did the actual work the bathroom looks fantastic. However- management definitely needs to get their sh@t together because this is not how you run a business.

  Very happy with our experience with Five Star Improvements! We wanted to close off a short hallway to make a much needed powder room on the first floor. Their quote was competitive and they they were very good about communication (which is rare). We had a short window to get it done and they kept to that. Would use them again.

  We had a sliding door installed from off of the kitchen to the back yard and a 10 ft x 18 ft deck installed. It was done professionally and the quality is great. Now we spend more time outside (getting a lot more vitamin D, lol). Thank you Five Star Improvement.
