  John has been great from the beginning to the end of explaining of what repairs needed exactly for my flat roof. The day I called 5 Star, John was at my place the next morning. We were in constant communication throughout the whole process. His crew worked extremely great and fast. I was so happy on a job well done. My flat roof looks and feels brand new again, it's such a relief. I highly recommend to anyone that need a very good responsive and great work experience please do give them a call.

  John Bassi is by far one of the best roofing and siding contractors I have ever used. I have been developing real estate for twenty-five years and I wish I had found him sooner! His workmanship is impeccable, his pricing is reasonable and his demeanor is wonderful. May I give twenty stars?

  John was just amazing! In 2021, the storms that passed had really taken a toll on our roof. From my room to the hallway (on the 3rd floor) there was water everywhere. Two of the shingles on the roof had locked one another in place in an upright position. If John didn’t fix the roof as soon as he did, I think my room would’ve been destroyed.John and his men were professional, polite, and hard working. Thank you guys so much for saving our roof!
