  Five Points just installed a brand new roof on our home, and I can't express how happy we are with this company! Nathan led us through the process from start to finish -- very responsive to our questions and kept us up to date on scheduling. Ellmo and the installation crew did an amazing job over the two-day job. They were on time, respectful of our property, and answered my questions with a smile. My favorite part was how CLEAN the yard was once they were done! They take great pride in this, and that meant a lot to me as a homeowner. We had a minor issue with part of our gutter that we didn't notice til a few days later, but Five Points had someone come out the next day to fix it, no questions asked. Everyone we've interacted with has been truly top-notch. You can tell they value customer service highly, which is hard to come by these days. We will most definitely use them again in the future.

  Five Points just installed my roof. I was dreading this purchase, but this turned into a very easy purchase. When I called Five points they came out next day. We finalized deal in a week. Nathan kept me updated and they installed roof 4-5 weeks. Everything they told me they did. Their crew was great, installation was good and clean up was excellent. This is now my roofing company to use and recommend. Good people. 5 stars.

  I absolutely love this company!!! Starting with Ms. Darcy, who co-ordinated everything - professional, knowledgeable & an absolute JOY to work with! Her installation team, led by Jorge, is utterly professional - puntual, respectful, FAST & what a FABULOUS job they did!!! Jorge is a great communicator! Our house roof & our garage roof are beautiful!!! Darcy has helped several of our neighbors replace roofs on their homes – all have had the same experience – total professional and an absolute “doll” of a person! Recommend FIVE POINTS ROOFING - you will be glad you chose them! Ten stars!!! 👍🏽
