  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR RESIDENTIAL ROOFING JOB. First of all they never return phone calls, never obtained a permit from the City of Lancaster to do the roofing job and never had an Inspector from the City to come look at the completed job. By the looks of the completed job, it explained why they did not have a Permit, because there is no way a Inspector would allow the work that they did. They worked on the roof and did not have the proper paperwork to do it without our knowledge. So many red flags, but we did not heed caution. The work was very sloppy and horrible, a waste of $7,157.00 for a Rubber Roof and Shingles. In order to sell the house, we will have to have it re-done. I will post pictures, so you can see what I am talking about. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Oh how they were awful, let me count the ways.... - never returned phone calls -after proposal was given, no followup on their end to schedule the work -after proposal, I called to schedule and they said "call us back in a few weeks. We should be less busy then." -Told them we had a deadline to get the work done due to HOA and it took 4 phone calls on our part to get them to actually give us a date to come do the work. -The work was "completed" in 3 hours and the workers left without saying anything. -Throughout the work, they were on the phone trying to figure what needed to be done because they didn't even know -We don't think part of the proposal was completed. -We received the invoice for the full amount of the proposal though we called prior to receiving it to determine what was and was not completed by the workers. We were told the manager would "ask them and get back to us. He never did. -We called once the invoice arrived because we were unwilling to pay for services not complete and the manager said "oh I forgot to talk to them." -The invoice isn't itemized - just merely has the full proposal amount. Shocking. So we have no idea what work was done, how much it cost, etc. The story isn't over yet, but you should stay far, far away. I should have learned from the mediocre job the first time around.
